HOW TO TAKE H2BOOM! MOLECULAR HYDROGEN

Suggested Use: 
  1. Drop 1 or 2 serves into 250ml-500ml of water and wait approximately 2 minutes until fully dissolved.  Stir if desired.
  2. Consume immediately whilst water is still cloudy.
  3. May be repeated 2-3 times daily as required.
Please note:
  1. If you wait for the hydrogen water to become clear, the concentration of hydrogen is reduced from approximately 2.0ppm to around 2.0ppm. This is still a useful, but less effective, amount.
  2. Due to the high quality magnesium included in the tablets, a thin film may appear at the water’s surface. This is safe to drink.
  3. Always use an open container for your hydrogen drink. Do not put your hydrogen into water in a bottle and leave it to effervesce with the lid on, or the escaping hydrogen gas may pop the lid off.4
  4. If under 15 years of age or pregnant consult your health care professional prior to use.
