INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

GO2 Life Pty Ltd ships to Australia and to a number of international destinations. If you place an order for delivery outside Australia, you are responsible for understanding and complying with the customs, import and taxation requirements of the destination country. By placing an order for international delivery, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this section.

For orders shipped to the United States, an amount is collected at checkout to cover the estimated duties and taxes payable on import. This amount is an estimate only, based on the information available to us at the time of your order, and may not reflect the exact amount ultimately charged by United States Customs and Border Protection or any other relevant authority. GO2 Life Pty Ltd is not liable for any shortfall between the amount collected and the amount actually charged by customs authorities.

For orders shipped to the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada or Norway, the price shown at checkout does not include any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are set and collected by the customs authority of the destination country, not by GO2 Life Pty Ltd, and are your responsibility as the importer of the goods. Charges may be payable before or upon delivery. We recommend checking the customs authority website for your country before placing an order if you wish to understand the charges that may apply.

GO2 Life Pty Ltd is not responsible for, and will not be liable for, any delay, non-delivery, refusal of entry, seizure, or destruction of goods by a customs authority, or any charges, fines or penalties imposed by a customs authority, arising from your order.

Orders that are delayed, held, returned to us, refused, abandoned or destroyed as a result of unpaid customs duties or taxes, incomplete or incorrect customer information, or your refusal or failure to pay any charges or collect your order from customs or the delivery carrier, are not eligible for a refund of the product price, shipping costs, or any amount collected at checkout in relation to duties or taxes, except as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy or as required by law.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any right, guarantee or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
